Shipping and delivery costs


The stated price does not include shipping fees, and these vary depending on the destination country. The order form will request personal information, which will be added to our database to process the order and facilitate the implementation of new purchases on rockandtools.com. You can also access your personal information and information about all your orders. Remember that personal information must be entered precisely to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the purchased item(s). Additionally, upon request, you will receive information and publications related to rockandtools.com via email and/or SMS. Once the purchase order is completed and before the order is shipped, you will receive a summary identifying the purchased item, its total price (including taxes and shipping), and shipping information. The request must be confirmed by clicking the "Accept Purchase" button.

Purchases will be paid for via PayPal (payments in EUR and USD), bank transfer, credit card, or cash on delivery. No other payment methods will be accepted.

For credit or debit card payments, the charge will be made online, i.e., in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once the information provided has been verified as correct.

If you select a bank transfer, you will be provided with the account details to which the transfer should be made by email.

For cash on delivery payments, an extra charge of €6.00 will be applied to the order.

Once the transaction is confirmed, you will be notified via the order number on the website so that you can track it at any time from your computer. You will also be sent an email with a description of the request and the personal information you have provided. If you do not receive this message, it may be due to a temporary network communication problem or an error in typing the email address provided. In both cases, we recommend that you contact our customer service team.

If, at the time of placing the order, our store detects that any of the products covered by the order are out of stock, we will attempt to locate the product. If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately. The amount charged will also be credited within the next few days.

Items purchased at rockandtools.com will be shipped via a national or international courier company and delivered within:

  • 1-3 business days in Spain
  • 1-5 business days in Europe
  • 5-10 business days to America, Asia and Australia.

Products requiring different delivery times will reflect this in their description.

To avoid delivery issues, it's essential to complete the corresponding form correctly; it's advisable to fill in the phone number.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the goods. The exact shipping cost will be calculated to include all items in the shopping cart and will appear on the purchase summary page before confirming the order via "Accept Purchase" and entering credit or debit card details. Orders cannot be shipped to military bases or post office areas. Shipping costs may change at any time without prior notice. This change will apply from the moment changes are included in the help pages and in the contract published on this website. In any case, the costs shown at the time of the order will be valid. All products offered in this online store are covered by the legal warranty.

Customers have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return the purchased product. Once this period has elapsed, they can proceed with any return process. Returns are not accepted if products have been misused or intentionally broken.

Custom Fees and VAT Collection

  • All prices include Spanish VAT (21%).
  • You will not pay anything extra upon delivery. 

  1. Orders to the European Union (EU) 🇪🇺 

  • Prices include the VAT of the destination country.
  • No customs duties or extra charges apply. 

  1. Orders to the United Kingdom (UK) 🇬🇧 

  • Orders of less than 135 GBP → UK VAT (20%) is paid upon delivery.

  • Orders of 135 GBP or more → VAT + import duties (approx. 2–4% for tools) 

  1. Orders to the United States 🇺🇸 

  • Orders of less than 800 USD → no taxes or customs duties apply.

  • Orders of more than 800 USD → import duties and local taxes may apply. 

  1. Orders to the rest of the world 🌍 

Each country applies its own rules. In general: 

  • Local tax (VAT, GST, etc.) must be paid.
  • Customs duties may apply. 

Common examples: 

  • Norway: 25% VAT + duties.
  • Switzerland: 7.7% VAT + duties.
  • Australia: 10% GST on orders above 1,000 AUD.
  • Canada: 5–15% GST/HST + duties. 

  1. Orders to Latin America 🌎 

Each country applies its own rules. In general: 

  • VAT or equivalent local tax must be paid in the destination country.
  • Import duties may apply depending on the product.

  • Mexico: 16% VAT + import duties (approx. 15% for tools).
  • Argentina: 21% VAT + import duties (approx. 20–35%).
  • Chile: 19% VAT + import duties (≈6%).
  • Brazil: Taxes may reach up to 100% of the product value, due to the combination of import duty (≈14%), ICMS (17–20% depending on the state), and other taxes (IPI, PIS/COFINS).

The products offered on the website will only be sent to:

- Spain (only orders to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are accepted)

- European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France (mainland), Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden; as well as Switzerland, Monaco, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Andorra.

- Australia.

- America: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Bolivia, Brazil, Uruguay, Venezuela, Canada,

- Asia: Japan, United States, China, Russia, Türkiye and India.

No shipments will be made outside the delivery areas mentioned.

 

Taxes and currencies

Prices on this website are displayed in the currency selected, EUR and USD. Under current legislation, rockandtools.com is required to charge VAT on all orders delivered to countries destined for members of the European Union. VAT is the legally applicable rate and depends on the country of destination of your order.

EU VAT will not apply to orders to destinations outside the EU; they are exempt from this tax, but taxes and/or fees do apply to the chosen country. Customers have three business days from the date the order was placed to make payment. The order will not be accepted until payment is received in our bank. If the deadline has passed and rockandtools.com has not received payment, the order will be canceled.
